Our murals/wallpapers can be cleaned with a damp cloth without scrubbing or using chemicals or elements that scratch or damage the material.
Many of our designs allow modifications, but it is always best to consult each specific model to confirm its viability.
Each project is produced individually for each client in the measurements requested by them. We always recommend that you add something just in case, such as extra, since, as they are digital prints, which can be affected by weather conditions, new inks or different batches of paper, we can never guarantee that a new print run will be 100% accurate. For this reason, we never reprint, because the result will inevitably vary.
Yes! You can do it yourself by following the instructions you will receive with each order and all our recommendations and tips that you can see in our section HOW TO INSTALL? so that the result is optimal.
You can decorate with our wallpapers on walls whose surface should always be as smooth and clean as possible, free of moisture, loose paint or imperfections as the material will copy the surface. You can check all the conditions of your wall for an optimal result in the HOW TO INSTALL section. For example, they cannot be adhered to tiles, but you can treat the wall to make it suitable by filling the joints with tile-covering putty. If you have any questions, ask us!
Although all materials are waterproof, it is not suggested that they be placed in places with a lot of steam or in direct contact with constant water, such as changing rooms or shower areas.
No. Once applied you can remove it but not reinstall it on another wall or surface.
Lift one end of the material and slowly pull it out at a 180-degree angle to the surface on which it is applied. ¨Thanks to its installation through wall gluing, it is very easy to uninstall without causing serious damage to the surface.

We produce each order specifically for each client in a completely personalized way. All production, printing, packaging and shipping takes up to 10 calendar days maximum from confirmation of purchase.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to all of Spain by GLS and to Portugal through TIPSA, with a fixed shipping cost of 6.95, which is paid with the order. Shipments to the rest of the world are made through UPS and the cost will depend on the location (see price list). After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation with the corresponding details. Once it is ready and shipped, you will receive a tracking number so that you can track the status of your shipment from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your home.
Our shipping rates are adjusted according to the destination region and the number of products purchased. Please note that the shipping cost is applied for each mural purchased. Below are the rates per shipping unit:
Shipping to Europe (including the UK): €25.90 per mural
Shipping to the United States, Canada and Mexico: €35.90 per mural
Shipping to South America: €39.90 per mural
Shipping to the rest of the world: €59.90 per mural
Shipments outside the Schengen area may incur additional costs such as customs, outside our jurisdiction, which must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the order and whose amount is unknown to us in advance because it depends on each country. It is the responsibility of each buyer to assume such additional costs such as applicable customs or import taxes. These procedures may delay delivery time and are not our responsibility. Our responsibility ends once the order has been delivered to the company that will carry out the shipment. Any claim associated with losses, damages and/or delays in the shipment will be the exclusive responsibility of the company that carries out the shipment.
ANIMADECO strictly and personally produces and controls each particular order, to provide optimal quality, so that your experience with our products is as satisfactory as possible. Therefore, we offer a guarantee only if the paper has printing errors. Therefore, once the product is delivered, we immediately request that you check the product, printing, order of panels, etc. BEFORE proceeding to glue and/or install any panel, to verify the general condition, since once placed, returns are NOT accepted WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
If you find a printing defect or measurements different from those provided, please contact info@animadeco.es with the details so we can verify and proceed to resolve it.
ANIMADECO is not responsible for damage to the product, whether due to incorrect handling of the material, or preparation of the wall, or a poor installation result. The measurements, the condition of the wall, as well as the entire installation are entirely and exclusively the responsibility of the client. The condition of the walls and surfaces to be decorated, as well as the place of installation influence a correct result; if they present damage or irregularities, it will not be a problem with our product. Therefore, we recommend checking the surface to be covered very well before placing your order. No order can be returned unless the design or measurements confirmed by the customer in the purchase/order form do not match the product delivered by Animadeco. No partially or completely installed order will be exchanged even with printing or measurement errors. In other words, claims will only be accepted for printing or measurement errors as long as the material is in the same condition as it was delivered, with its corresponding packaging. We do not accept returns for any reason after 15 days after delivery.
