Shipping Policy

We work with 3 companies depending on the location. Within Spain we use GLS, for shipments to Portugal TIPSA and to the rest of the world UPS, three very reliable international postal companies, which allows us to offer a safe and efficient service to reach the entire world.

Shipping rates

Rates depend on the destination region and the quantity of products purchased. Please note that the shipping cost is applied for each mural purchased. Below, we detail the rates per shipping unit:

• España peninsular & Portugal: 6,95 € per mural
• Rest of Europe (including the United Kingdom): 25,90 € per mural
• USA, Canadá & Mexico: 35,90 € per mural
• South America: 39,90 € per mural
• Rest of the world 59,90 € per mural

If your shipment is destined for a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to duties, taxes or other charges due to local and/or customs laws, which means that We do not assume customs costs or local taxes. The recipient will be responsible for all costs associated with importing the order (even if it is rejected). It is also possible that the order may be delayed for customs reasons.

Shipping process

Shipment: Once your mural is ready and shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment from our warehouse until its arrival at your home.

Order confirmation: After making your purchase, you will receive a confirmation with the order details.
