Before placing your order, we recommend that you have the exact measurements of your wall clear. You can see how to measure in detail in our section: HOW TO MEASURE?
Remember that for the calculation you should always consider 5cm excess in both directions, both width and height, for example on a wall measuring 4m wide x 2.60m high, the measurement to be quoted would be 405cm wide x 255cm high. Doors, windows, furniture, air conditioners, outlets, etc. should not be discounted. And keep in mind that in digital printing there may be differences in tone and material between one manufacturing batch and another, so we suggest buying enough of the quantity you need for your project so that all rolls are of the same tint, since if more material is required to complete orders, it cannot be guaranteed that the new print will retain the same colors as the previous print.
Follow the purchasing procedure from the page of the product you want, where you will first fill in the measurements in centimeters (cm, without periods or commas – always remember to add 5cm extra in both directions-) for both width and height, so you can see a sample of the scale model of your measurements in the estimator, and choose the sector you prefer to print. The estimate generates values in Euros and includes VAT, but does not include shipping costs, which will be calculated in the next step.
1 Browse through the collections in our catalogue and discover all the options we have to offer you.
2 Within each collection, click on the design you want to see it in detail and quote your wall(s).
3 In the quote form, enter your measurements in cm (without periods or commas) adding 5cm for height and width. For example, if your wall measures 3 meters x 2.50 meters, you should enter 305 and 205.
4 Choose the material you prefer and click on the show sector button to see the quote and choose the design sector you prefer for your order.
5 The estimator will show you how your design looks scaled to your measurements and you can choose the section you want by moving the image as you wish. If your measurements exceed the standard ones, the design will be adapted to your measurements by our design team for your approval.
6 You will see the quote for your order in the chosen material and you can modify measurements and materials as many times as you want. Once the order is defined, add it to the cart to proceed to payment.
7 Complete the form correctly with all the requested information and choose your payment method:
-Payment from PAYPAL with all the options offered by the platform
-Payment from STRIPE with all the options offered by the platform
8 Prices and Payment Method
The prices published on the website are shown in Euros and do not include shipping costs. The shipping cost is calculated according to the data indicated for your location and is added up before final payment. The order is invoiced in accordance with the prices in force at the time of the order and in accordance with the prices listed in the validated order.
The total price, including estimated delivery charges for the order, is payable in full at the time of order confirmation.

The integral production process is completely customized for each client, so the dispatches have an approximate time of 7-10 working days to which you must add the time that each mail takes to deliver to your home. This period may vary if extraordinary events arise.
We choose GLS to ship within mainland Spain, TIPSA for Portugal and UPS as courier to distribute worldwide. Shipping cost varies based on the total weight of the items in your order and depends on your location. You will receive a tracking guide for your order in your email. Delays may be experienced due to customs. If you order from outside the European Union, customs charges may apply, beyond our knowledge. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
If you detect an error in your order after completing the payment process, you must immediately contact our customer service within the next 12 hours in writing at info@animadeco.es or by WhatsApp at in order to make the relevant modification effective.
All our wallpapers are produced specifically for each client according to their express order, so product returns, money refunds, or the right to withdraw are not accepted once the purchase has been made without exception, except solely and exclusively if it is a factory defect, that is, a defective print, or a difference between the measurements received and those ordered in the purchase form sent by the client.
In that case you can contact us at info@animadeco.es detailing the defect, including photos or samples of the same for analysis by the ANIMADECO quality control team. Please note that you must keep the order in the same condition in which you received it, without damage due to handling, but in good condition in order to make the corresponding exchange. If the return is accepted due to the aforementioned parameters, the reprinting and subsequent delivery will be the responsibility of ANIMADECO, provided that the return is accompanied by the shipping label and in its original packaging, and that it does not have any other sign of damage or deterioration except what is necessary for its opening. And for this you have a period of 96 hours from receipt of the order, not being possible to consider any return after this period.
The shipping cost of the original order will not be refunded.
